These numbers come from the official IBPS CRP PO/MT-XVI notification (June 2026).

Scan at a minimum of 200 DPI.
Rules for each upload
- Signature: sign on white paper with black ink. Signatures in capital letters are not accepted.
- Left thumb: press your left thumb on white paper with black or blue ink. If you don't have a left thumb, the notification explains which finger to use instead.
- Handwritten declaration: write the declaration text given in the notification in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink on white paper. It must not be in capital letters, and must not be written by anyone else.
How to prepare all four files at once
- Photograph or scan your photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration.
- Open the IBPS document kit and add all four files. Each one is matched to its slot, and you can change the match.
- The kit crops each file to its exact pixel size, brings it inside its size range and shows a ✓ or ✗ per file.
- Download everything as one ZIP.
IBPS Clerk, RRB and SO: each has its own notification. IBPS usually uses the same sizes, but check yours before uploading.
