At CompressKaro, we believe that your documents and images are your private property. Unlike traditional online utilities that require you to upload files to remote third-party cloud servers, CompressKaro runs on a **zero-server local processing architecture**.
1. Zero File Collection or Storage
When you use our compression, conversion, merging, or splitting tools:
- We **do not upload** your files to any remote servers.
- We **do not copy**, scan, or store your documents, images, or files.
- Your files are loaded into your device's random access memory (RAM) via standard browser APIs (`FileReader`, `OffscreenCanvas`), processed, and outputted immediately as an in-browser download link.
- Once you close the browser tab or hit the "Reset" button, all cached memory allocation is immediately purged from your local device.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
Because our processing logic is completely sandboxed on your device, we have zero visibility into:
- The contents of your PDF documents (e.g., Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, resumes, academic certificates, transcripts).
- The image pixels, EXIF geotags, GPS coordinates, or metadata of your uploaded photographs.
- Your filenames, folder structures, or download locations.
3. Minimal Web Analytics & Cookies
To monitor platform stability, fix software bugs, and optimize page load speeds, we may collect basic, anonymous web access logs (such as browser types, referring pages, and anonymized screen sizes).
This data is completely aggregated and **contains no personal identifiable information (PII) or document bytes**. We use standard local storage settings to remember your tool preferences (e.g., preferred compression size units).

Our edge-centric local processing structure provides native, absolute compliance with global data protection laws:
