GATE 2027 photo and signature requirements
These numbers come from the official GATE page (source).
- Photograph: 5–600 KB, 413×531 px, JPEG — Allowed 200×260 to 530×690 px, aspect 0.66–0.89, face 60–70% of the frame
- Signature: 3–300 KB, 480×150 px, JPEG — Allowed 250×80 to 580×180 px, height:width between 1:2.75 and 1:3.75

What changed
- 2026-09-25 — Photo changed from a 350×350 square to 3.5:4.5 (413×531) to fit the allowed aspect ratio; size range widened to 5–600 KB. Signature changed to 480×150 (3–300 KB). Source: GATE 2027 official page.
