For exam forms, pick a resizer that knows your exam's official pixel size and KB range and shows a clear pass/fail against it. ExamPhotoResize and CompressKaro both do; none of the exam-specific resizers we tested uploaded the photo. Several surround the tool with pop-ups or misleading badges.

Where Exam photo & signature resizers is better
- ExamPhotoResize's result line ("✓ READY 25.2 KB ✓ Max 200 KB") is very clear.
- Some sites add a name and date strip to the photo for exams that ask for it.
Where CompressKaro is better
- Photo, signature and documents for an exam in one go, with a ZIP of correctly named files.
- Every spec shows its official source and when we last checked it.
- No pop-ups or fake badges; Hindi and five other Indian languages.
Which should you use?
Whichever you use, check the official notice for your exam: photo and signature rules change between cycles.
How we tested
On 17 October 2026 we ran each tool in Chrome with the same synthetic 2.04 MB scanned PDF, measured the file each one produced for a 200 KB limit, and logged every network request that could carry the file.
